There are several must-watch Netflix movies leaving the streaming platform in April. Here is a list of just a few to watch before they are gone. Be sure to watch them before March ends.

Kung Fu Panda

Firstly, this classic, animated film was just added to Netflix in January. It’s short, three-month lifespan on the streaming platform will unfortunately come to an end. As more of a nostalgic movie for any twenty-something, this is your last chance to watch it before it leaves Netflix in April.

Despicable Me

Meanwhile, with an even shorter lifespan of just two months on Netflix, “Despicable Me” is already leaving the streaming platform. This is another childhood favorite for any twenty-something. That is to say, there seems to be a trend with nostalgic films leaving the platform in April. 

Jumanji

Leaving Netflix in April is the original, 1995 film of “Jumanji.” Starring Robin Williams and Kirsten Dunst, this movie holds a special place in any film buff’s heart. 

The Karate Kid

“The Karate Kid” is another addition to films leaving the streaming platform. In the same vein as movies in the previous sections, it combines several emotions. It holds a special place in the hearts of any nostalgic twenty-something. 

The Hangover

This 2009 film is a must-watch comedy for any film buff looking to laugh. Starring several iconic actors like Zach Galifianakis, Bradley Cooper and Ed Helms, it is hard to pass up such a humorous movie with good actors. 

The Longest Yard

Continuing the comedy trend, “The Longest Yard” is a great addition to anyone’s watch-list. The film stars Adam Sandler who plays a disgraced pro football player and ends up in jail. Someone recruits his character to advise the prison’s football team and the rest is history. 

Madagascar

In addition to the list of animated films leaving Netflix, “Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa” and “Madagascar 3: Europe’s Most Wanted” make the list. These films are important additions to anyone’s watch-list.
