TRIBE KELLEY TEAMS UP WITH LOVE ONE INTERNATIONAL

USA brand Tribe Kelley has teamed up with Love One International in support of the nonprofit organization’s life-saving mission in Uganda. The collaboration was a natural fit for longtime friends Tribe Kelley Founder and CEO Brittney Kelley and Love One International Board Member Lauren Akins who first met through their husbands, Country stars Brian Kelley and Thomas Rhett. Donating 100% of profits from a limited line, the five-piece Tribe Kelley x Love One collaboration, Love One Butter Sweats, supports transforming the lives of children and families through medical care, family preservation, and faith.

Love One International was established after Mike and Suzanne Mayernick adopted their daughter JosieLove in 2009. Upon arrival in Uganda, their 15-pound shell of a 3 1/2-year-old with a 105-degree fever was found to have malaria, tuberculosis, and was HIV positive. It was only after receiving love, attention, and the medical care she needed back home, that she began to thrive, which in turn, sparked a fire inside of Suzanne. Knowing that she was called to help more children like her daughter, she launched Love One.

“When the Love One International team came to me about a Tribe Kelley collaboration, I didn’t think twice. What Love One is doing to help the children in Uganda is life-changing for both the children and those on the other end, they are truly making a difference,” shares Kelley, Founder and CEO of Tribe Kelley. “By purchasing an ethically made piece of the Love One Butter Sweats, you are supporting both ethical manufacturing in the United States and helping to rehabilitate the children that Love One serves in Uganda. This collaboration isn’t only about quality and comfort, it’s about human connection. Love One and Tribe Kelley connecting to give back in a meaningful way to the children in Uganda is so special to me. Thank you, Grace Hackett, Suzanne Mayernick, Lauren Akins, and the entire Love One team for asking Tribe Kelley to be a part of something so much bigger than us.”

Kelley launched Tribe Kelley in December 2014, after spending years prior customizing her husband’s stage clothes. With the goal of creating a tribe, unified through fashion and community, the dynamic lifestyle brand has expanded with a brick-and-mortar retail store, Tribe Kelley Surf Post, located in Santa Rosa Beach, FL, and internationally through e-commerce, while manufacturing proudly remains in the States. With several high-profile spotlights in Entertainment TonightForbesPEOPLEWomen’s Wear Daily, and more, Tribe Kelley’s threads have been spotted on today’s hottest stars like Lil Wayne, Kane Brown, Luke Combs, and Kacey Musgraves.
