THE TIFFANY BAGUETTE: FENDI X TIFFANY Co.

The iconic bag of Fendi, the Baguette bag has been reborn with the touch of Tiffany & Co. in its most precious of forms. With the celebration of 25 years of the Baguette Bag, Fendi worked with Tiffany & Co to create a reimaged Baguette Bag, “The Tiffany Baguette”.  Fendi showcased the bag at SS23 Show.

The bag has been crafted in the signature Tiffany blue color palette with sterling silver, enamel, croco, white gold, and diamonds. On the day of debut, Bella Hadid walked the runway wearing a satin jumpsuit in its signature blue hue. With a matching satin cap, Baguette-themed necklace, and fluffy clogs, every item completed the entirely blue look with the Baguette handbag.

Compared to the classic Fendi FF Zucca clasp of every baguette, Tiffany has added its symbol of T in the clasp. It perfectly combines both brands’ logos into one. Highlighted in blue, the logo blends in well with the silver clasp on the bag, creating a beautiful color combination.

Not only its unique interpretation of the Baguette bag but also Fendi’s iconic hardware debuted on the runway. The accessories range from bracelets and layered necklaces to mini keychains embodying Baguette bags.

However, the collaboration with Tiffany & Co is not all for the brand to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Baguette bag. There are three more collaborations on the runway.

Fendi introduced, a capsule with Marc Jacobs themed a reflection of the glittering and gritty New York cityscape. The designer brand created a special Baguette style with Sarah Jessica Parker whose Carrie Bradshaw character in “Sex and the City” made the bag a symbol of New York chic back in the early 2000s. The bag is embroidered in sequins with highlighting colors of purple, wasabi, and baby pink.

Last but not least, the brand teamed up with Porter, a Japanese luggage brand, known for its nylon design and precise craftsmanship, giving a unique look to the Baguette.
