2. Black Adam Teaser

Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson as Black Adam has been in talks for years, but it wasn’t until Nov. 14, 2019 that it became official. The movie had a set date for 2021, and fans got to see a little teaser for the film this weekend.

The video featured pictures of studio art from DC of Johnson as Black Adam. From the way Johnson narrates, it seems this movie will be an origin story.

“This is the one that changes everything. There’s no more chains around this neck and I’m no longer a slave. And now you have my word. No one will ever stop me again and the hierarchy of power in the DC Universe is about to change. Vowing to always protect and be the champion of my people. THANK YOU #DCFanDome for that absolutely electrifying love and hype for our Black Adam panel. Our entire team as well as myself are deeply committed and passionate to the bone to deliver a story you’ll love and build out our DC Universe.” –therock on Instagram.
