Lil Durk Releases New Single “AHHH HA”
Though Lil Durk said he was going to drop his new album on February 22. He instead dropped a new single “AHHH HA” and announced the March 11 release date for his new album “7220”.

The track shows Lil Durk in his element. The beat consists of a piano melody mixed with thumping 808 drums which gives the Chicago rapper another instrumental to show his aggressive side.
Lil Durk has become one of the most versatile rappers in the game. He constantly goes from being melodic and singing to going back to his roots of putting his belligerent side on full display.
In “AHHH HA” Lil Durk speaks about moving in silence and not making his moves known on social media. He raps, “We been sliding through they blocks, and they don’t know we have”.
Since the death of his close friend and rapper King Von, people on social media have been criticiz Lil Durk for not retaliating. He makes his point of moving in silence more apparent particularly when it comes to King Von. The lyrics he raps on the hook, “Don’t respond to s—t with Von” shows that Durk is not letting social media cause him to make impulsive decisions.
Lil Durk’s Winning Streak
Lil Durk has been on an amazing run since he was featured on Drake’s smash hit ‘’Laugh Now, Cry Later” that came out in the summer of 2020. In 2021, he released two albums, the first being called “The Voice’’ and the second one being a collab tape with Lil Baby called “The Voice of the Heroes”. “The Voice” gave the Chicago rapper his first number one album on the Billboard R&B/Hip-Hop Albums charts and every song off “The Voice of the Heroes” got on the Billboard 100.
