The Olympics have taken the world by storm over the last week as we are able to watch some of the most physically fit and mentally strong people in the world. Watching these athletes take on different sports we begin to think about their training, their day-to-day as well as what they eat. This swimming all-star has made her name in the pool after dominating the Rio Olympic games. Being a long-distance swimmer having enough energy as well as endurance is crucial to a good race.
