Sabrina Carpenter: Lancôme X Louvre
Sabrina Carpenter stunned at the Lancôme X Louvre event for Paris Fashion Week 2023. With the grandiose glass pyramid as the backdrop, celebrities gathered for a night celebrating fashion and cosmetics combined. Containing six products, each drew inspiration from various locations within the Louvre. From the Richelieu wing to The Cour Paget, this collection is eclectic and stands out well on its own. Yet, there is a deeper meaning behind this collaboration: to highlight the women behind the brush. Rachelle Mladjenovic, the head of marketing at Lancôme, made a statement about the intention to Fashionista. “There’s a lot of tragedy in art pieces, and we wanted to represent the good stories of women,” she tells Fashionista. “When we read the profiles of the women who inspired these statues, we instantly said, ‘She’s a Lancôme girl.’ We didn’t want to just pick the most famous [artist] or the most well-known [muse], we wanted to pick the most powerful.”
Structured Silhouettes
To honor such an iconic makeup collaboration, Sabrina Carpenter attended the event in a stunning strapless dress. The structured silhouette mimicked the rigid statues that live and exist within the Louvre, honoring its majestic beauty. She was styled by Carolina Gonzalez, Evanie Frausto, Jason Bolden, and John Mumblo.

And who could forget to mention the minimalistic jewelry choices? Carpenter wore a delicate, dainty necklace. With a singular diamond pendant, the viewer is more so focused on the fit and flare dress in front of them. Sabrina is not afraid of silver! As the it color of Fall 2023, her nails, necklace, initial ring, and shoes all sport the luxuries metallic shade. Out with the gold and in with new, as they always say!

It wouldn’t be a Sabrina Carpenter outfit without her signature platform heels. Similar to Versace’s emblematic Medusa shoe, Carpenter confidently brings every look together with the high heel.
