Founded by Alexandra O’Neill in 2017, Markarian is a luxury womenswear label “combining Alexandra’s love of celestial romanticism with timeless design and modern grace.”
Recently launching her Autumn/Winter 2021 collection, it is inspired by a piece of Roman literature–Ovid’s Metamorphoses. The literature has all kinds of twists, turns, strife, challenges, and turmoil. The collection is not shy of musing attributes that keep you guessing like unique silhouettes, multidimensional fabrics, and structured “column-like” details.
