The upcoming designer Kim Shui, during NYFW expresses her Chinese roots glimmering vibrantly in her exclusive wardrobe premiere. Her mouthy pieces are sexy and bold with an enchanting quality about each unique garment. Evidently, Shui’s mini skirts are 2023 next hottest trend.
