The NYFW Debut of Pornhub & Luis De Javier
NYFW debuted the tantalizing collaboration of Luis De Javier and Pornhub in a runway show that sexually liberated in style. The seductive glam displayed on Valentine’s Day included struts and looks of Julia Fox, Lourdes Leon, Eartheater, George Palmer, and many more. The sensually, infused fashion sent NYFW to a universe of bare skin and latex leather.
What happens behind doors came out in a show that explored the lives of New York characters. Their dream-chasing journey to fame and success takes you through the city’s underbelly that is edgy. Altogethor, the fashion wear was laviscious that included spikes, corsets, and studs. At the same time, color palettes of deep black, metallic silver, and “no gray area” grey.
NYFW fiery highlights
The biggest highlight was Julia Fox gracing a pointy ensemble that projects bullhorns from the breast plate. Her denim corset dress undoubtedly zipped the room; not to mention her denim heels and leather black gloves to set it off. Her light eye shadow plus matte lip color added to the natural and narrow look. Arguably, the most notable set of the night.
Comparatively, the Luciferian, pointy look of Lourdes Leon lit up the stage as well. Her fiery, red mini-dress had small horns coming out the breast plate as shown above with her knee-high red socks and stilettos.
Sex on Legs
The London-based designer escorted the queer community to “hell” with his daring designs. As a kid, he claimed wanting to portray extravagance of the queer culture in what catches the eye. Conversely, garments that sexually charge with leather material to blow up the “uber-puffed sexuality of the looks.”
So, when Pornhub teamed up with the “sex on legs” aesthetic of Javier, the collaboration was matchmade to slay.
“His models embody our shared values of freedom of sexual expression and diversity, which are expressed in this provocative new collection,” says the ambassadors of Pornhub.
Could there be next steps for Pornhub and De Javier? He was selected to be the official designer of the upcoming Pornhub awards. This will fall in line with the many dream collaborations of the adult entertainment brand. After all, this is not there first time uniting with the fashion world.
