The capsule collection was debuted on April 18, when Napoli plays a match against Inter Milan at the Diego Armano Maradona stadium. The clothes featured are all sportswear, including jerseys, tracksuits, shorts, caps, and socks. There is also a football included in the collection. The Napoli players will wear the collection uniforms at the game.

The socks are being sold for $40 as the lowest cost item, and the tracksuit is selling for $264 as the highest cost item. All other items are in between this price range, with the accessories selling for less than the clothing items.

Most of the items feature Marcelo Burlon’s signature wing design, excluding the socks and shorts. The jerseys have the blue wings spanning from both shoulders at the neckline. They also cover the front of the football, cap, and backpack. The clothes are almost all black, with the exception of one yellow t-shirt, one pair of yellow shorts, and blue and yellow socks. Napoli’s signature circular logo, Burlon’s cross, and Kappa Omini logo are all featured on the items.

The collection turns sportswear items into everyday streetwear. This speaks to the larger evolution of taking jerseys from being strictly sportswear, to also being style pieces.

The collaboration also works to be an ode to the beauty of Naples, with fashion and football being key parts of the city.
