Lihi Hod Showcases Bliss & Ivory SS2022 Collection

New York fashion week came to a close leading into the Luxury Bridal Fashion Week. With many virtual presentations of unique and beautiful bridal gowns, Lihi Hod showcased her Bliss & Ivory Spring and Summer 2022 collection on April 8, 2021.

The SS2022 Collection: Bliss & Ivory

Following the series of virtual “runways” designers have put on due to the current pandemic, Hod’s collection, Bliss & Ivory took an elegant twist to a filmed show. Using a sort of “self-filmed” format, the models showcased each piece through a series of clever transitions.

With the absence of a formal catwalk, the camera work allowed the virtual audience to move with the models. Camera angles shifted with the model showcasing elements of each dress and moved along with the transition in between looks.

Bliss & Ivory is a stunning collection of traditional bridal gowns with romantic and effortless twists. With glamourous designs and silky ivory, the dresses flow beautifully. Each design comes with immense details in the bodices and the additional veils.

Each dress is empowering and move with the model, giving a natural feel with elegant touches. While the dresses are not exactly “boundary-breaking,” they omit a different kind of beauty not found in customary gowns.

About the Designer: Lihi Hod

After studying at Shenkar, the leading fashion design school in Isreal and working for Dior in Paris, Hod founded her bridal house in 2010. Her label focuses on timeless, elegant and rich designs meant to compliment the bride’s beauty and confidence.

Since the inception of her label, Hod’s work has won “Best Wedding Dress Designer in Israel,” twice. Going on her 8th year showcasing gowns in New York Luxury Bridal Fashion Week, her designs are well-known and highly respected in the bridal industry.
