Vex Clothing Is Transforming The Latex Industry

Vex Clothing Is Transforming The Latex Industry

To create “handmade, exceptional latex designs with a personal touch,” is the mission of the latex brand Vex Clothing. Laura Petrielli-Pulice’s designs are sexy and elegant, from fetish wear to day dresses and gowns.

Behind the Brand

Petrielli-Pulice founded Vex Clothing in 1997 while studying at The Fashion Institute of Technology. Despite her formal education in lingerie, Petrielli-Pulice aims to show that the material has a place outside of fetish clothing.

In 2013, the designer found the spotlight as a participant on the Project Runway-type reality show, Styled to Rock. Petrielli-Pulice’ has since designed for fashion icons like Lady Gaga and Kim Kardashian, and Hailey Bieber.

Vex uses high-quality materials imported from England. The designs are then handmade and shipped from Long Beach, California. While remaining a one-woman brand for many years, Petrielli-Pulice now has the help of her two assistants.

Luxury Latex

Vex’s site has a Valentine’s Day section to keep latex lovers geared up for the holiday. The designs are made-to-order or ready-to-gift.

Buyers can find a selection of tops and bottoms with high-fashion silhouettes; such as flare pants and pencil skirts, dress shirts and camis.

The brand is unique for its prints, which take a look from sexy to chic. These include the Chevron turquoise mini with and matching halter top, the eye-catching Malibu Trench, or the collared Polly Jacket in Hot Pink Smoke — which can all be paired with a latex beret.

Also, the brand is one of the few to take advantage of the medical mask market. Vex has three .50 mm latex face coverings on its site. These come in a variety of color choices. However, these are “Fashion Items Only.”

These items are available at https://vexclothing.com/.
