I’m obsessed with Hailey Bieber’s take on the no-pants look. This is probably the most controversial fashion trend of 2023, in my opinion, because it’s incredibly difficult to style. Bieber executed it flawlessly— sheer black tights, her signature black stilettos, a tan turtleneck, and topped off with a black oversized trench. A slicked back bun gives this look ease, and the juxtaposition between the turtleneck and the boy shorts adds the perfect level of contrast.
