Zoey 101 Theme Song Updated along with Reboot of Show

90s babies rejoice! One of the top shows from the early 2000s is coming back to our screens. Are you ready?

Zoey Brooks, played as Jamie Lynn Spears, released a remake of the show’s theme song “Follow Me” on Thursday night. DJ Chantel Jeffries and Josh Cumbee produced the popular Nickelodeon theme song for its first-ever reveal on Republic Records.

To let fans in on the juicy news, the sister of Britney Spears will be hosting a livestream previewing content before the big release. The “See it First: The Follow Me (Zoey 101) Experience” event will take place this Sunday at 1 p.m. ET.

Along with the release of the nostalgic song, there will be a music video for viewing featuring the old cast next Tuesday. There will be special appearances from Jojo Siwa, Jeffries, Dixie D’Amelio and more.

“Finally! I can’t believe the time has come to be able to bring the Zoey 101 world back to life! The opportunity to collaborate with Chantel Jeffries on the modern-day version of the theme song, ‘Follow Me,’ while staying true to the original we all know and love was something I was so excited to be able to do,” said Spears in a press statement. “It was incredible to reunite the original Zoey 101 cast with some of the biggest megastars and creators from this generation in the music video. Having the chance to merge both worlds and fanbases together highlights the direction of the future. For now, this is just a little taste of what’s to come. My only question is, ‘Are You Ready?'”
