The Spotlight is making Carole Baskin Emotional
As you know, and are probably still wondering why Baskin is one of the dancers on Dancing With The Stars. This is their 29th season, with one of their most questionable guests yet.
Carole Baskin entered the stage without a care in the world. She strutted in a flashy, cheetah-print gold dress with dance partner Pasha Pashkov.
But behind the scenes footage showed otherwise.
DWTS revealed a snippet of the big-cat activist discussing life after Tiger King, while on the verge of tears.
“I keep it inside,” she claimed. “And it’s the absolute worst.”
To make matters worse, the replies on Twitter weren’t pretty. Baskin is most likely one of the most cyber-bullied victims on the internet.
Surprisingly, some supporters came out of the woodwork. They remind her to ignore the haters.
The controversial documentary has made viewers dislike Baskin, especially because they’re convinced she is the reason for her ex-husband’s disappearance back in 1997. The show mainly targets her, although she wasn’t exactly the nicest to Tiger King star Joe Exotic.
DWTS motive for having Baskin on the show is unpredictable unless from a marketing standpoint. They’ve lost life-long viewers, but know people are intrigued to see what Baskin has been up to.
Is this her opportunity to get her story out?
