November 3rd is Election Day. Within these next few hours, we are approaching reality and this comes with a bundle of anxiety. Many of us are nervous and scared. I want to discuss some ideas to help ease these worries.
Routine:
You want to maintain a routine for yourself. Your routine can be anything ranging from a beauty skincare routine, sleep schedule, and exercise. Some soothing beauty skincare routines that help with anxiety are:
- Cleansing (Ex: Garnier SkinActive Micellar Foaming Cleanser, Neutrogena Deep Clean)
- Toning (Ex: Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser, Biore Charcoal Cleansing Micellar Water)
- Moisturizing (Ex: Dove Beauty Cream, Jergens Cream)
Dress To Impress:
Studies show that if you lounge in the clothes that you slept in you are more likely to feel more gloomy. If you make it a routine to change your clothes every day even if you are inside it makes a difference. Wear your favorite outfit. Keep yourself occupied to help with the pain. At least you voted; all we have to do is wait.
Nail Art:
I have been seeing cute and chic nail art that has been encouraging others to vote. Olivia Munn was sporting some fashionable nails that spelled out VOTE on the nail. The red french tip matched lovely with her makeup. She gives us some inspiration on how to keep busy. Flaunt those awesome nails.

Makeup:
Express yourself with the beauty of makeup. Makeup has always been a wonderful way to express ourselves. We have so many colors and ideas to spark from. It also feels nice on the skin, so if you want to practice your makeup art, you can make time for this.

As I conclude this article, I hope you all are safe. Please take the time to vote. Your presence and voice matter. You are powerful and do not let anyone tell you otherwise.
