Meet Patrivck Waterman: Rebirth of Rebel In The Making

Patrivck Waterman is inspired by versatility, confidence, and exploration to break out of Utopian rules as an upcoming fashion designer in New York City.

To the young designer, fashion is more than just a statement of expression, it becomes a gateway into culture almost like a time capsule. He is eager and ready to share his brand, “EnIVgma” with the rest of the world!

Behind The Brand

Patrivck makes it clear that he wants to eliminate the aura of judgments and labels, much of this provokes him to further develop his work with his brand today.

“I don’t want overall work at the end of the day to be labeled as anything because it takes away from the appreciation and enjoyment of it,” Patrivck said.

The philosophy of his brand roots in the idea of creating a space with diverse perspectives and room for open interpretations.

Patrivck states, “I honestly believe when you do whatever you like without fear of judgment, you end up in the middle. You’re in a healthy balance. My brand represents a balance of life.”

Such wisdom led to much of the narrative behind the brand name. IV is the Roman numeral for four, and perfect has seven letters with four as the middle number.

Patrivck hopes to push the power of individuality and authenticity in his work to create an era of longevity.

“I want people to want to wear what I give them 5, 10, 15 years down the line. And if they don’t like it anymore, they can sell it off or give it to someone that holds the same value for it that the other person once had” Patrivck said.

Can Patricvk Use Positive Rage To Shift Culture?

Patricvk states, “I want to build community through my art like many other artists in general have. Something I hate about fashion is this uniform that people think they need to wear to look cool.”

In much of the fast-fashion world, a lot of people are wearing complex clothing because they think it will allow them to blend in. Therefore, the concept of competition becomes the driving factor of who can wear it better.

The static mindset is what Patricvk hopes to break so that a new cycle of style can be transpired. While trends come and go, individuality is forever and can’t be replicated.

“It’s something that can get you in places and find your niche or at the very least, make you feel comfortable in your skin,” Patricvk mentioned.

Patricvk makes it clear that networking, maintaining devotion for your craft through consistency, and taking risks are all ways we can start shifting the culture for the future of fashion.

The new prince is creating his language and inspiring others to transform reality for the better!
