TDE’S Doechii Is the Ultimate Bad B*tch In New Visual For “Persuasive”

Tampa, FL native Doechii recently dropped her visual video for “Persuasive.” This is her first release after signing to Capitol Records and Top Dawg Entertainment. The video, directed by Omar Jones, is a genre-bending, fashion-fluid, dizzying merge of personalities. In addition, the new visual shows that she is the ultimate bad b*tch.

“I had a very specific vision with the color pallet and aesthetic of this video,” says Doechii. “Omar was perfect for the job because he’s mastered this style; it was amazing working with him and his team,” she continued. It was clear that Doechii had a clear vision of what she wanted this video to be for her fans. “I envision my fans playing this video on their at-home projectors during a kickback,” she says. “This video is so full of life it can fill a space…like paintings.”

Doechii’s single, “Persuasive,” produced by Kal Banx is a hit track. Kal Banx has produced songs for artists such as J. Cole, Sir, as well as Isaiah Rashad. Anthony “Top Dawg” executive produced the single. Rolling Stone Magazine said, “Persuasive’ is an ode to late nights and partying just a little too hard, with Doechii – who has drawn comparisons hip-hop visionaries like Missy Elliot – deploying her signature flow.”
