Legacy, who is an up and coming rapper from the Carolinas a representative of both North and South Carolinas, Legacy has a smooth artistic sound about himself with a flow and delivery that just meshes well with his choice of instrumentals, with his catchy and perfectly timed witty punchlines it brings back the feeling of when musical artists had a message to say. Legacy releases his latest single called “Medicinal Purposes” which starts off with a great, vintage style. The use of the strings and electric guitar creates a very mellow and chill feeling. The beat is laid-back, the bass is heavy and resonant, giving the track a warm and full sound. As the artist begins to talk and describe his love and use of cannabis as the hook echos “I hit the blunt to ease my mind”.
