BLK Swan Restaurant Review

BLK Swan Restaurant Review

This past weekend, I had the pleasure of dining at the BLK Swan restaurant in Baltimore, Maryland. After hearing so many good things about this urban paradise, I knew I had to pay it a visit. During my evening at this restaurant, I was surrounded by the gorgeous ambiance, outstanding customer service, a lively DJ, and, of course, endless cocktails and food!

Ambiance

When I initially walked into this establishment, I felt a sense of elegance while also feeling at ease. There was a live DJ blasting some of my favorite R&B and Hip-Hop songs, and the crowd was having a great time dancing, laughing, eating, and drinking. The atmosphere alone was a selling element, giving the impression of being in a classy eating establishment without the high pricing. I definitely give the ambiance a 10 out of 10!

Drinks

I walked to the bar to get a cocktail as I waited for my table to be prepared. The bartender was fantastic, as he took the time to introduce himself and recommend the finest cocktail for us. I decided to order the Blueberry Lemon Drop which was one of the evening’s drink specialties. The drink was excellent and robust, which I consider being a fantastic combination! The drinks were another 10 out of 10!

Food

I mean, food is definitely the most crucial component of any restaurant, so this is probably all you’ve been waiting for. I started with the calamari appetizer, and let me tell you, it was delicious! My body was craving for more of the sauce they had carefully poured on the platter, it was just *chef’s kiss*.  I chose the Lemon Herb Roasted Airline Chicken Breast as my entrée. My expectations for my dinner were high, yet the chicken was decent but not outstanding. Overall, I’d give the food a 7 out of 10 rating. Regardless, I would return to this restaurant in a heartbeat! This is where you’ll want to be on your next visit to Baltimore!
