UNIQLO launches “A Warm Welcome” holiday campaign in partnership with the International Rescue Committee (IRC) in its continued commitment to supporting refugees.
- Beginning on Giving Tuesday and ending December 31st, UNIQLO stores and UNIQLO.com will collect customer contributions to help give new refugees a warm welcome to America.
- Contributions will be matched by UNIQLO up to $80,000 through a combination of cash and UNIQLO products – AIRism masks and HEATTECH innerwear – to make this Warm Welcome even warmer and safer.
- 100% of contributions will go toward funding the IRC’s efforts to help refugees resettle safely and rebuild their lives in the United States.
- Since 2006, UNIQLO has been helping refugees by providing them with clothing donations, empowering them with training and hiring them as employees.
