This New York Fashion Week commemorates a decade of Sandy Liang’s influence, and in honor of this special milestone, the new line embodies the concept of uniformity, through the idea of a “schoolgirl uniform” throughout the show. The designs and color schemes harmonize across the entire collection. Offering a diverse range of dresses, dress pants, coats, jackets, shoes, and suits, the line celebrates a modern princess who can express herself freely. The color palette encompasses muted grays and blacks juxtaposed with light pale pinks, yellows, and reds. The collection serves as a tribute to women’s empowerment, emphasizing the freedom to wear anything with confidence. Sandy Liang’s Fall/Winter 2024 collection not only narrates a captivating story through the show but also empowers girls, conveying that they can be princesses and wear whatever they desire. With a star-studded guest list including AnnaSophia Robb, Awkwafina, Chase Sui Wonders, Devon Lee Carlson, Ella Emhoff, the show and collection generate immense anticipation.
