RESORT 2019 Christian Dior

This year’s Resort 2019 Christian Dior was held in the rain, but that didn’t the models from hitting the runway. Models walked in the soaked hippodrome of Chantilly.  For this collection, she was  inspired by the escaramuza riders which were extraordinary female rodeo riders from Mexico. What was amazing about this Christian Dior Resort Collection was the fact that eight women were flown into Mexico and fitted in custom Dior. There were other inspirations as well that also included a Mexican theme for this seasons Resort Collection. Also polka dots and pleats which are mainly signatures of Christian Dior. This honestly makes me want to attend next year’s Cruise Dior collection. How could you not love this collection and also not respect the models that walked in the show this season? As we know it can be very difficult to walk down a runway period at times, but to do it in the rain is tough. Below are images of this year’s collection.
