Recreative Sun Celebrates New Resort Collection With Sardinia Getaway at Due Lune Puntaldia
Luxury resort brand Recreative Sun welcomed a group of creatives, tastemakers and fashion insiders to Sardinia for a three-day immersive retreat celebrating the launch of its new Made in Italy resort and skin-wear collection.
Held June 21-23 at Caraluna, the boutique concept within Due Lune Puntaldia Resort & Golf, the weekend blended wellness, fashion and Italian hospitality against the backdrop of Sardinia’s northeastern coastline.
Guests, including Carolina Fumagalli, Chicca Senia, Ludivine Pont, Clara Cornet, Eva Fontanelli, Anna Castellini, Alexia Niedzielski, Anouk Van Kleef, Linda Fesen Meiner, Desiree, Ashley Meredith, Shayna Terese Taylor, and designer Maygel Coronel, gathered for a thoughtfully curated itinerary designed to embrace the slower pace of summer.
The experience began with a welcome reception where attendees settled into the resort before spending the afternoon poolside. As the sun dipped over the Mediterranean, guests participated in a guided sunset meditation followed by an intimate dinner that introduced the partnership between Recreative Sun and Caraluna.
The following day centered on outdoor experiences and relaxation. Guests explored Sardinia’s crystal-clear waters during a stand-up paddle excursion before returning for a leisurely afternoon of beachside lounging. A garden lunch highlighted fresh local ingredients while spa treatments offered a moment of restoration. The day concluded with an aperitivo at Caraluna, where visitors explored Recreative Sun’s latest collection through a special in-store creative experience.
The weekend concluded with a celebratory dinner featuring live music, as guests gathered to toast the collaboration and the arrival of summer on the shores of Sardinia.
The launch also highlighted Due Lune Puntaldia Resort & Golf, a family-run destination that has welcomed travelers since opening in 1983. Owned and operated by the Fumagalli family, the resort has become known for combining understated Italian luxury with the natural beauty of Sardinia’s coastline.
Located on the Puntaldia peninsula overlooking Tavolara Island, the property emphasizes local craftsmanship, natural materials and a design aesthetic rooted in the island’s landscape. Soft neutral tones, organic textures and carefully curated interiors reflect the resort’s commitment to celebrating Sardinian culture while offering a refined hospitality experience.
For Recreative Sun, the collaboration provided an ideal setting to introduce its newest collection, which reflects the effortless style of Italian summers through elevated resort essentials and skin-wear designed to transition seamlessly from beach to evening.
Rather than a traditional product launch, the weekend invited guests to experience the collection within its natural environment. From mornings on the water to evenings beneath the Sardinian sky, each event emphasized connection, creativity and mindful living.
As luxury brands continue to embrace experiential marketing, partnerships like the one between Recreative Sun and Due Lune demonstrate how fashion, travel and wellness increasingly intersect. Set against one of Italy’s most scenic coastlines, the weekend offered guests an immersive introduction to both the collection and the timeless appeal of Sardinia.
