French fashion house empire Mugler joins forces with an unexpected fashion force Mugler x H&M this coming May 2023. Mugler haute couture grew an audience for its elaborate architectural style fashion designs that placed a high emphasis on its structure and shape. Drawing bold vertical shapes to accentuate the body’s architecture, Mugler used themes of sculpture to craft his visionary pieces. A+ listers from supermodels to artists seem to be on the Mugler wave including Beyoncé,Lady Gaga, Madonna, and Linda Evangelista. Therefore, the latest creative director Casey Cadwallader is collaborating with the retail label to provide high glamorized staples to a wider range of customers with more affordable prices.

Firstly, the campaign gives an insider’s look to the collab showcasing dreamy bright denim and vibrant black structures for a surreal look. Furthermore, Mugler continues to push boundaries of shapes and lines to enhance both women and menswear in its futuristic fashion. The video is 2 minutes long starring iconic figures ranging from Shygirl and Arca to Imaan Hammam. Creative director Cadwallader used inspiration from founder Thierry Mugler’s time, being a redone “Music Sounds Better With You” by Stardust.
Once again, Mugler proves to be an unstoppable vision creating abstract art into everything that meets the eye. Flashy exaggerated vertical lines extend over sheer tan body suits with jeans painted in leather accents emphasizing the edgy couture. In addition, the staple black dress gets a Mugler makeover. Hence, the mini dress sexy sheer sleeves sporting a sheer low round neckline and of course a signature horizontal choker. Evidently, the clothing is well made and crafted as a luxury recognizing a new market, while keeping that same high level of quality and appearance.
