LV DREAM EXHIBITION by Louis Vuitton

LV DREAM, art and cultural exhibition

In the heart of Paris, Louis Vuitton opened a festive exhibition titled “LV DREAM”. The exhibition took place from December 12, 2022, at the former La Belle Jardinière store, known for the historic former department store. The brand merged a unique culinary and cultural experience, discovering historical collaborations of the house over 160 years.

As the brand continues its creative exchanges, this exhibition traces a pioneering creative epic from reinterpretations of the iconic Monogram and Damier motifs to custom-order trunks and the entire Artycapucines collection.

The exhibition consisted of nine themed rooms, embarking visitors on an interactive experience. Among the highlights, it featured never-before-seen portraits of Louis Vuitton, interactive digital installations, Artycapucine bags, a special room dedicated to the iconic capsules by Rei Kawakubo, and the brand’s classic Monogram bag as reimagined by Cindy Sherman, Karl Lagerfeld and Frank Gehry in the flesh.

LV DREAM Desserts

Alongside the exhibition, LV dream also features a café and chocolate shop in collaboration with Chef-pâtissier, Maxime Frédéric. He is a star-winning young Pastry Chef in Paris, renowned for his exquisite chocolate creations while working in some of Paris’ most prestigious palace hotels. He presents a creative culinary experience with delectable chocolate desserts.

“Collaborating with Louis Vuitton means taking part in the history of the House: a story of passion and know-how, which places people at the heart of each chapter. With my team, I hope to bring a touch of love and delicacy. “

What’s more, the chocolate shop embraced Maison’s signature codes with creations shaped like the Monogram flowers, the brand’s mascot Vivienne. In addition to the chocolate desserts, a spacious gift store proposes a selection of small leather goods, accessories, perfumes, and books.
