424 Celebrates Second Annual 424 Day
The streetwear fashion label 424 has recently hosted their second annual 424 day. Taking place in Los Angeles California, 424 Day was an event dedicated to celebrating over ten years of passion and dedication to streetwear innovation. With guests including long time fans, fashion insiders and beloved collaborators, the day was packed with individuals who have come to love and admire the brand’s work.
Designed by Guillermo Andrade, the label is dedicated to the beauty of streetwear. With a passion for design and a dedication to the innovation of creation, Andrade has cemented 424 as a brand that challenges the typical. Andrade said about the brand, “424 has always been about pushing boundaries and challenging the status quo.” The label continues to cement themselves as an iconic brand in streetwear as they advocate for stylistic freedom and redefining what style means to the everyday individual.

The day itself was not only a tribute to the clothing, but also to the ideas that the clothing represents. Starting with an archival sale for longtime fans and followers and then concluding with a vibrant warehouse party in the evening, 424 Day worked to foster community and celebrate not just the work that they have done in terms of clothing, but also in giving back to Los Angeles. 424 offers mentorship for the up and coming, hosts community events and ultimately uses their ever growing platform to host genuine connection. Designer Guillermo Andrade said about the day, “As we celebrate over a decade of the brand’s evolution, ‘424 Day’ serves as a moment to honor our past, celebrate our present, and look forward to an exciting future.”

The future is sure to be as exciting as Andrade mentions. With growing collaborations and recent debuts, 424 is only growing bigger and further cementing themselves as an iconic brand in streetwear. Recent partnerships have included work with Adidas, Arsenal, FIFA and the MLS/LIGA MX Leagues Cup. They also debuted their newest line in Paris Men’s Fashion Week. The collection of pieces was a beautiful transition from streetwear to high fashion as Andrade’s work showcased beautiful silhouettes and artistic tailoring ultimately reflecting what 424 is all about: innovative fashion that is always accessible.
