Ambush’s designer, Yoon, takes Nike’s Dryfit material to create a crop top and bodysuit for women as an insulating layer and lines reflective tape-trimmed pants in fleece. Ambush carries comfortable, stylish hoodies which is no surprise that Yoon would translate that into the Nike x Ambush collection.

Possibly a first for Nike, the collection features a faux fur reversible jacket in jade green with the iconic Nike swoosh on the back. Yoon says, “The fur came about because I thought it would be quite a fun idea to make a fur jacket that’s reversible—made with a fabric that keeps you warm ad keeps you dry. You feel cozy, but there’s a performance aspect to it.”

The first Nike shoe that Yoon bought herself with her own money also gets a make-over in this collection. The Nike x Ambush Air Max 180 takes the silhouette of the Nike Air Max and covers it in a white, glove-like exterior inspired by the Nike Air Zoom Flight. Yoon wanted to combine style with comfort with the sneaker.
