In Manhattan’s historic Financial District, Highwater Rooftop hosted a Media + Influencer Private Opening.
The media and influencers gathered at Highwater Rooftop on the 25th floor of Hotel Indigo’s Wall Street location. They had a wonderful night celebrating the grand opening with breathtaking 360 views of New York City.
Notable guests
Guests included the industry’s biggest influencers, journalists, TV hosts, news anchors, bloggers, and leaders in media: Joelle Garguilo (Emmy Winning Reporter and TV Host), Maria Soccor (Actor), Cassandra Nuñez (Singer/Songwriter), Jibrial Muhammad also known as 19Keys (Activist), Martha Luna (Celebrity Stylist), Urszula Makowska (Influencer), Aaron Paul (Musician), and Esmeralda Baez (Entrepreneur and Author).
The luxury lounge and bar
The party offered an enticing menu of craft cocktails, and light bites with a beautiful view of the city’s skyline. Meanwhile, it also didn’t miss out on all the fun. A DJ played music, while singing mermaids, and water goddesses entertained the guests.
For the drink, some of the curated cocktails will be available on the luxury rooftop’s cocktail menu. One of the popular cocktails is Palomita – infusing Codigo 1530 Rosa, mint, grapefruit, hibiscus, and lime. Meanwhile, Venetian Sunset would be a perfect drink for bubbly lovers – a mix of Aperol, bread and butter Prosecco, soda, cranberry, and rosemary.
Moreover, its tasty offerings made the party special too. Chef Ramon dished up truffle mac and cheese balls, chicken tandoori skewers, and beef sliders. Celebrity Chef John DeLucie shared, “Chef Ramon’s ability to effortlessly create an approachable menu with an elevated and refined flavor profile has always impressed me. When you take a bite of his burger, it’s familiar yet has his signature subtle twist that makes it a unique experience.”
However, it is not just a rooftop lounge but an event space for gatherings or even a wedding. Visitors are welcomed for a private event at the terraces or a relaxing afternoon with friends, families, and colleagues.
