Luxury jewelry brand David Yurman named Michael B. Jordan as their brand ambassador for their first-ever Men’s High Jewelry Collection, “The Vault,” according to PR Newswire. Since then, Jordan has debuted pieces from David Yurman’s currently featured collection, “Chevron.”

Although the brand has released individual pieces since it tapped into the men’s jewelry market in the early 2000s, Jordan was selected to pose for these official men’s campaigns, according to the Women’s Wear Daily (WWD) journal.

Jordan showcases the “Chevron” collection’s finest pieces as modeled on the David Yurman website. From classic sterling silver and 18K yellow gold chains to colorful pendants and intricate designs, “Chevron” has something for every man.

On the David Yurman website, Jordan spoke about the collection and highlighted the ancient inspiration behind the patterns. “You can see the grooves, angular lines, that just feels classic,” said Jordan.

The company outlines some of Jason Bolden’s favorite “Chevron” pieces, the stylist for Michael B. Jordan on the campaign. Bolden selected the “Chevron Tag,” a sterling silver necklace that is offered in 18 colors, the “Chevron Woven Bracelet,” a staple bracelet of the collection that is offered in a variety of luxury metals, and more.

In styling Jordan for the campaign shoot, Bolden expresses his adoration for this project, calling it “one of the best campaigns” he’s ever done in his career, according to a David Yurman video.

Jordan spoke very highly of the campaign team that he worked with on “Chevron” in an interview with Esquire. “At this point in my life, I was looking at brands that I closely identify with. I saw the care, the artistic vision, the attention to detail, and the legacy of David Yurman passing that on to his son, Evan [who is now president and chief creative officer],” said Jordan. “Having never really done jewelry before, I felt like it was a cool first impression to the world, and it just aligned.”
