Musician Taylor Swift recently took to social media to post a cryptic video revealing the names of the six bonus tracks on her re-recording of her sophomore album Fearless that will be released April 9. Swift posted this mysterious video on her social media accounts simply asking fans to decipher it.
Fans quickly figured out the video was revealing the names of the unreleased songs and the name of a featuring musician. The video portrays a vault being opened, representing the songs that were written for Fearless, but were put away and not released on the original album. When Swift released news of the re-recording of Fearless she wrote, “It has 26 songs including 6 never before released songs from the vault.”
The names of the songs are “You All Over Me”, “Mr. Perfectly Fine”, “We Were Happy”, “That’s When”, “Don’t You”, and “Bye Bye Baby.” Fans also figured out that Keith Urban will be featured on “That’s When.” There will also be a bonus remix of “Love Story (Taylor’s Version).”
With fans figuring it out within a day, Swift posted the full track list on her social media accounts, confirming all the song names and Keith Urban’s feature.
“I’m counting down the minutes til we can all jump into this brave world together, filled with equal parts nostalgia and brand newness. Head first, Fearless,” she wrote on Twitter.
Due to Swift being unable to gain the rights to her first six albums, she is re-recording and re-releasing them. She decided to start with her second album Fearless, which originally came out in 2008. The front cover of Fearless (Taylor’s Version) is similar to the front cover of her original Fearless album. On the front, Swift is doing the same pose, with her hair flying In the wind.
Fearless (Taylor’s Version) will be available April 9. It comes only four months after she released her ninth album Evermore, which came only 5 months after her eighth album Folklore.
