Rowdy Rebel Summer Takeover

Rowdy Rebel continues his summer takeover, while shooting the video for his new song Rob Who?in California. “Rob Who?” warns those who dare to try him. Rebel is coming off his best summer takeover after dropping songs throughout the summer, such as “Habits,” “Word of Law Remix,” and “Posture.”

Rebel is drawing attention to New York drill and solidifying himself as a pioneer of Brooklyn Drill. Jalen Scoot, Jal, directed the video for the song. In the video, Rebel rides on the expressway throughout California in a luxurious car, showing he’s living lavishly.

He’s putting people on notice, letting them know they shouldn’t try and rob him because his guys will have his back. Rebel mentions, as always, how he put Brooklyn on the map. He has been putting Brooklyn on top since arriving to the rap game in 2014.

The fast-paced flow of Rebel is what captivates his listeners’ attention. Unlike other rap artists, he knows how to flow fast, still you can comprehend what he is saying. His type of sound is drill/dance; it makes people want to dance.

He has remained consistent after dropping his solo album Rebel vs. Rowdy with featured artists such as French Montana, Fivio Foreign, A Boogie with da Hoodie, Dreezy, and many others last summer. The 17-track album was his last project since 2016, after he was locked up for six years. Since being released from jail, he has shown he is serious about music and wants to perfect his craft.

Rowdy is full of energy and creativity and wants to spread it through his lyrics. He is the face of the Brooklyn drill right now and can take this wave of music to another level if he continues to stay persistent. He will rise above all the negativity in his past to better himself as an artist.
