PRODA RELEASES SINGLE “HEART SHAPED”
On the heels of the heavily fan supported and successful song “100K” by Oshun, produced by PRODA, Brick City native producer /entrepreneur/rapper PRODA drops his new single, “Heart Shaped.” The song dishes truth about fake love and haters. “Heart Shaped” is available now on all DSP platforms.
The visual complements the head- nodder track with an opening frame of PRODA walking past a building with a dozen red heart shaped balloons. PRODA then rips through the bass guitar and piano melody with his hard-hitting and catchy chorus, “Fake love is worse than real hate.” As PRODA patiently waits for stardom he realizes the people around him are faking friendships and relationships. He raps, “It’s crazy cause the cause the red flags be heart shaped.” He is aware of the fake interest people are showing him and he feels as though they can’t be on familiar grounds with him anymore. “Heart Shaped” delivers a crisp, and raw look at what is to come from the rising star from Newark, NJ.
PRODA’s music career and status is steadily climbing. The single 100K is already over 260K plays on YouTube in under 2 months. In 2018 he was selected to be a part of rap icon Logic’s performance at the Grammy’s. The multi-talented artist was a feature in Oshun’s top single called, “Protect your Self,” which hit over 1.3 million views on YouTube. He also produced Oshun’s single, “Solar Plexus” which garnered 3.4 million views on YouTube.
Earlier this year the talented rapper successfully launched his own fashion line – Praey.
