Boslen has just dropped his newest single “Trip” on February 12. This will be the Canadian rapper’s first released song from his first official up and coming album titled “Dusk to Dawn.” The three minute long track is a laidback headbanger that anyone who listens can and will enjoy. With this being his first release to the masses, “Trip” is meant to set the tone for what is next to come from the emerging artist.

“Trip” tells just a snippet of the story of Boslen. The track takes its listeners through his world, through Boslen’s lens, and tells of some of his experiences since being in the music industry. His rapping alongside the slower, yet still hard-hitting beat, makes for a kaleidoscopic listen. And just when you think the song is over, Boslen comes right back in, switches up his flow, and steers you in an entirely different and unexpected direction with his music. Its visualizer does very well with complimenting the song’s energy and only heightens the trippy vibes that the single gives.

The single has already acquired 6,000 plus views for its visualizer and greater than 75,000 plays on Spotify. His previous singles, “Eye for an Eye” and “Vultures” reached more than 4.4 million and 1.7 million plays on Spotify, respectively.

As an artist whose previous music has peaked at number 11 on the Canadian Apple Music streaming charts, Boslen has already proved that his music has what it takes to reach the top. Provided that he continues to release the quality of music he has thus far, nothing will be able to stand in the way of this Vancouver resident’s success.

To listen to the full “Dusk to Dawn” album by Boslen, it is accessible on any music streaming platform you can think of and the visualizer video can be watched on YouTube
