Artist Jaylen Brown leads Celtics to Seventh Straight Win
On March 26th, the defending-champion Celtics were without Jayson Tatum, but still cruised to a 30-point win over the Phoenix Suns. It was a big night from artist, NBA star, and 2024 Finals MVP Jaylen Brown as he scored 24 points on 7-of-15 shooting. Brown was the driving force for the team as he was second in assists in the win with five. Here’s a look at his shot chart from the 30-point win.
In his 28 minutes of play, Jaylen Brown made sure to choose his shots wisely, especially when he had Kristaps Porzingis going for 30 points in the win as well. It was an all-hands-on-deck approach that led to a big win that stretched the Celtics’ winning streak to seven straight as the Suns take a loss they cannot afford as they are trying to stay in the Play-In Tournament.
The Celtics are currently the two-seed in the eastern conference sitting behind the Cleveland Cavaliers. With just less than 10 games remaining, Jaylen Brown is averaging 22.6 points per game, 5.9 rebounds per game, 4.6 assists per game, and 1.3 steals per game.
When Jaylen Brown isn’t dropping buckets and winning games with the Celtics, in some of his free time he has been in the studio making music. In 2024 Brown released his debut song “Just Do It” with A$AP Ferg just a couple of months after winning the Finals MVP and NBA title.

A few weeks after the song released, Brown and A$AP Ferg came out with the music video for “Just Do It.” It is currently at over 500 thousand views. The NBA season came around once again before Brown could even tease the thought of another song coming out for the basketball star. I say that if he were to win the championship again this year (which is pretty likely) there’s a chance he could release another song. Only time will tell.
