Creator of the musical “Hamilton,” Lin Manuel Miranda, and Seattle rock band, Pearl Jam are set to host a virtual fundraiser for Georgia Senate runoffs on Wednesday, December 16, at 8:30 p.m. ET. The event will take place ahead of Georgia’s two Senate runoffs, which will take place on January 5.

Taking place on virtual venue Looped, this fundraiser marks the first time the two artists have collaborated in “an intimate conversation on inspiration, art, and activism.” In a conversation about artistic inspirations, the duo has teamed up for an event targeted at mobilizing Latinos and to help Democrats win back the senate.

“I’ve long admired Pearl Jam’s music and commitment to advocacy — and their music has made an impact on me since I was a teenager,” Miranda said in a press statement. “I haven’t met them yet, but have wanted to for a long time. We thought it would be fun to meet in front of our fans, while raising awareness and resources to make sure we get out the vote for the Georgia runoff election.”

Miranda and the rest of the original cast of Broadway’s Hamilton will also headline the online fundraiser that will take place on December 13. Other Hamilton guests set to appear include Leslie Odom Jr, Renée Elise Goldsberry, Phillipa Soo, Christopher Jackson, Jonathan Groff, Javier Muñoz, Sasha Hutchings, Thayne Jasperson, Ariana DeBose, Sydney James Harcourt, Carleigh Bettiol, Andrew Chappelle, Alysha Deslorieux, Morgan Marcell, Austin Smith, and Betsy Struxness.

The proceeds of the fundraiser will support the Latino Victory Project, Latino Community Fund of Georgia, and The Hispanic Federation. Tickets are available for donations starting at 10 dollars.

“Georgia came through for America and now it’s time for America to come through for Georgia,” Eddie Vedder, of Pearl Jam. “We — along with millions of others — are fans of Lin-Manuel for both his art and his activism and we are excited to work together to support progressive organizations Latino Victory Project, Latino Community Fund of Georgia, and The Hispanic Federation. We hope you will join us live on December 16th as we talk music, art, and activism.”
