Cravings founder Chrissy Teigen has teamed up with New Zealand-born cake extraordinaire, Jordan Rondel, founder of The Caker. Just in time for Chrissy and John Legend’s wedding anniversary, comes a foolproof luxury cake kit collaboration between Cravings and The Caker to help everyone at home recreate one of Chrissy’s favorites – carrot cake. With this kit, professionals and amateurs alike will end up with a delectable spiced carrot cake packed with sweet yet tart currants, iced with classic cream cheese icing, and topped off with organic salted caramel. The result is a cake that tastes EVEN better than it looks! Jordan grew up baking alongside her grandparents in Paris, leading to her create The Caker in 2010 – a luxury made-to-order cake business turned bakery catering to high-profile fashion events, art galleries, and parties. Since Jordan has opened an LA bakery, published five cookbooks, and currently stars on The Great Kiwi Bake Off (similar to the fan-favorite, The Great British Bake Off) propelling her status as an international cult favorite. Founded alongside her sister Anouk, the two have been able to establish an incredible female-owned-and-operated business dedicated to creating better cakes, allowing them to transcend not only the culinary space, but also the world of entrepreneurship, fashion, and beauty.
