Last week the weather was freezing cold yet, the party kept the heat coming at 121 Spring St. home to the Soho Valentino store. The venue hosted the Valentino x Hypebeast opening party in which I was invited to browse the latest in menswear and even leave with a pretty sweet party favor.
The party offered good vibes, good music, and dazzling refreshments to accompany their well curated store design. VLTN is the newest “youth” line of Valentino and the brand’s men’s collection to appeal to a younger more vibrant consumer. The dynamic of the store was set to resemble a gymnasium equipped with a basketball net, yoga mats, and just about any other active equipment that accompanies a sportswear lifestyle. A Hypebeast representative informed me that the culture driven publication was responsible for curating the electric monochromatic theme that the store presented. Not only did the guests get a glimpse of the men’s capsule collection but also got to walk away with free Hypebeast Issue 20 Magazines! The party was to introduce the ongoing pop up shop which is now open to the public. The men’s exclusive collection will be available from January 26-February 20 at the Valentino Soho store in New York City. Truly a great time…check out the collection here:
