V Magazine Creates A Chanel-Inspired Book

In collaboration with the major French fashion maison Chanel, V Magazine launches its latest Spring-Summer book, inspired by the products and style of Chanel. Photographed by Inez and Vinoodh, this issue aspires to recreate the harmonies and the mood board of one of the most important French brands in the fashion industry.

Inez Van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin are already familiar with the team at V Magazine. In fact, the photography duo has showcased their works with the publication with majestic covers featuring Hunter Schafer (Euphoria, walked in Mugler 2021) and Laura Harrier (BlacKkKlansman, Hollywood) to name a few of many talents.

V Magazine isn’t new at surprising its readers with fresh and astonishing content. Throughout the years, the publication got the chance to feature major interviews with people like Brooke Shields and Joan Didion. But what makes V Magazine famous and such a highly-coveted magazine is its spectrum of legendary covers. In 2020 they released their summer issue titled “Super Model Summer”, which featured supermodels and talents of all backgrounds and places – from Adwoa Aboah to Adut Akech. Founded first as a female-content publication in 1999, V Magazine started having also men on their covers in 2003, with actors and talents like Adam Driver and singer Zayn Malik.
