The legendary rock band, The Rolling Stones, released their first fine fragrance. RS No.9 is a fragrance that encompasses the bold and individualistic passion of the band. Additionally, The Rolling Stones collaborated with Nirvana Brands and Bravado to create the scent.
Dilesh Mehta founded Nirvana Brands. Specifically, the company partners with talents to create exceptional fragrances. In addition, Bravado represents artists across the globe in countless industries. The rock band partnered with these companies to make RS No.9 an exceptional fragrance.
RS No.9
The scent encapsulates the spirit of the rock legends. Specifically, the top has strong notes of bourbon, lemon, and bergamot. This infusion creates an energetic and lively air. In addition, the mid notes add an extra level of richness.
Within the middle section, leather and dark oak join together. A touch of labdanum gives the scent a more natural flair. To end, the base mixes a woody oud and musk. The finishing touch is patchouli, tying the whole fragrance together. In London and Tokyo, there are RS No.9 stores that sell the fragrance. To keep its exclusivity, only 999 bottles will be sold.
Catherine Selig, an exceptional perfumer, helped to create the scent. “This was a dream project. I wanted to capture The Rolling Stones’ timelessness – their inimitable style, rebellious spirit, and the feeling of freedom their music still inspires. Every note represents a different facet of the Stones’ legacy, from their soulful melodies to their on-stage unpredictability. This fragrance is a journey through their world, filled with richness, texture, and bold contrasts,” said Selig.
The Rolling Stones commented on the final product. “It’s the perfect fragrance for those who dare to be different, and we hope it will bring some joy to our fans.”
