Romance isn’t dead!
Award-winning American fashion designer Frederick Anderson celebrated the debut of his Fall/Winter 2025 womenswear collection with an exclusive fashion show at the vibrant Paradise Club, located in The Times Square EDITION (701 Seventh Avenue). The evening was a dazzling fusion of fashion, music, and art, featuring a special guest performance by Grammy-winning mezzo-soprano opera sensation, J’Nai Bridges.
The event drew a star-studded crowd, including supermodel Carol Alt, Tyrone Hunter, Alex and Keytt Lundqvist, actress Bailey Bass, Alex Garfin, Brec Bassinger, Heather Alicia Simms, and more. The atmosphere was electric, as guests gathered to witness Anderson’s latest collection, which seamlessly blended romance, rebellion, and individualism.
A Romantic Vision Inspired by 19th-Century Spain
“Romance isn’t dead,” declared Anderson, reflecting on the inspiration behind his Fall/Winter 2025 collection. Drawing from the passionate emotion and cultural richness of early 19th-century Spain, Anderson’s designs evoked a sense of timeless elegance and modern rebellion. This collection marks a continuation of his exploration of global influences, following previous inspirations from Northern Africa and the Bomba music of Puerto Rico.
The collection featured luxurious fabrics, intricate detailing, and modern silhouettes that paid homage to the romanticism of the past while embracing the bold individualism of today. From hand-crocheted pieces crafted by artisans in Buenos Aires to innovative couture fabrics, each garment told a story of craftsmanship, sustainability, and global artistry.
A Night of Fashion and Music
The evening was elevated by a breathtaking performance by J’Nai Bridges, whose powerful mezzo-soprano voice filled the Paradise Club, creating an unforgettable ambiance. The synergy between Anderson’s designs and Bridges’ performance underscored the collection’s theme of passion and emotion, leaving the audience captivated.
