Christian Cowan Fall/Winter 2025

Christian Cowan Fall/Winter 2025

Christian Cowan presented Fall/Winter 2025 at The Glasshouse in New York City with a dramatic view of the skyline. This collection is a tribute to Cowan’s long-time muse Abbie, who has been a source of inspiration and supporter of the brand throughout its journey. It is dramatically uncommercial, colorful, expressive, and joyful. Every single look embodies Abbie’s spirit and includes nods to her unique quirks. The collection draws from that feeling of raw creativity—the kind we felt as children when we experimented and dressed up. It is pure fashion enjoyment.

Speaking about this emotional collection, Christian Cowan said, “Building this brand has been, and continues to be, the greatest pleasure of my life. I’ve had the opportunity to tell stories, explore aesthetics ranging from commercial to avant-garde, and take our customers on joyful journeys. It’s in the creation of these collections that I find the greatest joy, working with my incredible team and atelier.

Late last year, we lost a truly special person and a deeply central part of our team and business: Abbie. Abbie was a true fashion lover who wore larger-than-life looks daily, always leaving us in awe. She was my greatest supporter, constantly championing me and my team to push boundaries, break norms, grow, and, most importantly, have a fabulous time doing so. Abbie will forever be a muse to me.”

Highlights of the collection include a dress that gives the illusion of being made from chewing gum, showstopping ‘naked dresses,’ and dramatic puff sleeves. Some of these looks were teased in a brand’s campaign starring Julia Fox just days prior to the show.
