Casablanca Unveils Fall/Winter 2026 Collection: Carnet De Voyage
This Fall-Winter 2026, Casablanca continues its journey through Egypt with a campaign that shifts the focus from mythology and cosmology to lived experience. Captured on location in Cairo by photographer Theo Liu, the campaign unravels as a carnet de voyage – a visual diary of a young traveler as she discovers the city’s vibrant contrasts and immerses herself in its rich cultural landscape.

Building on his previous work with Casablanca in Japan, Liu brings his observant, human-focused perspective to Egypt. Inspired by the candid realism, imperfection and intimacy of documentary photography, the images focus on spontaneity and authenticity over polished perfection, capturing random moments: shared meals, fleeting encounters, bustling streets. The result is a campaign that mixes a vision of Egypt through the travelers’ eye and one that captures their experiences to create a feeling of immediacy, cinematic drama and surrealism.

As a city where layers of history and civilization collide and coexist, Cairo’s ancient landmarks sit alongside modern, everyday scenes to evoke Casablanca’s signature sense of escapism. The brand’s iconic colour gradient sets, printed silk separates, and vibrant full-length dresses, swimwear, sportswear and jersey pieces bring an element of contrast and pop to each scene, emphasized by unexpected compositions and the large cast.

This cast included four models, Youssef Rocha, Mohamed Hassan, Lulu Wood, and Rania Benchegra, as well as two additional talent, Youssef Sharaf and Adhar Abiem, who were cast locally and are familiar names in Egyptian cinema.
