This documentary talked about self reflection that people have in 2019 about the last words that are in the pledge of allegiance, “…with liberty and justice for all…”. This is something we are wondering about in this in 2019.

The gallery, #Liberty2Me made us all look at the deeper issue that lied ahead and the conversations we needed to speak about. The evening was full of celebrations that also spoke about what keeps us together but what also allows us to be different at the same time.

The film helps us look at the famous New York torch to show us that this is the symbol of freedom. How in our lives as Americans we are liberated to go and find our own happiness. This is what HBO #Liberty2ME is about. Not about what we have in common only, but how different we are, but having the ability to stand together despite our differences.
