Terror Reid Is A Sabertooth

Terror Reid Is A Sabertooth

TERROR REID unleashes “SABERTOOTH, – a cold-blooded new chapter in his ever-expanding mythology. Produced by Ricky 187, the track rides a hard, unmistakable West Coast bounce as REID delivers some of his sharpest – and most disrespectful – bars to date. DJ Stigmata’s cuts and scratches weave through the track, carrying the hook and giving “SABERTOOTH” the raw, classic hip-hop feel at its core.

The accompanying official video brings that world to life. Packed with lowriders, vinyl scratching, masked figures and a crew straight out of REID’s dark universe, the visual leans fully into the track’s West Coast DNA. REID delivers his verses from inside a lowrider as his masked crew surrounds him, while DJs work the turntables and classic hip-hop imagery collides with the sinister aesthetic that has become synonymous with TERROR REID.

TERROR REID - SABERTOOTH (Official Music Video)

TERROR REID is the evil genius you’ve never heard of. The self-produced, enigmatic, Bay Area-born rap villain of his time, REID has spent years building a world where Death Cult imagery, ’90s hip-hop grit and freezing-cold flows collide. Since launching the project in 2017 with the self-produced single “Uppercuts,” REID has built a cult following and an unpredictable catalog that refuses to stay in one lane. He has released multiple full-length projects, including two EPs with rapper Pouya, while earning a reputation as one of the most unpredictable live acts in underground rap.

That unpredictability will hit stages across North America this fall, with REID embarking on a major run from October through December as direct support for Yung Gravy’s Joyrider Tour, alongside a special Red Rocks performance with Pouya

SABERTOOTH” marks the first taste of TERROR REID’s upcoming project, setting the tone for what’s next from one of underground rap’s most distinctive voices.
