TEED Announces Album & New Remix
Gearing up for a Miami Music Week DJ set at Factory Town on March 25, two-time GRAMMY-nominated artist, producer, singer-songwriter, and DJ TEED (formerly Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs) announces his upcoming remix album, Always With A Remix, set for release on April 3 via Nice Age Records – PRE-SAVE HERE.
Today, the LA-based, UK-born artist debuts a new version of “The Echo,” this time recruiting former collaborator and progressive house producer Durante – STREAM HERE. Each week this month, TEED has unveiled a new collaboration, reinforcing his longstanding commitment to nurturing the global underground dance scene.
“When I initially set out to make my album “Always With Me” it was as a dance record, but that’s not quite what I ended up with,” shares TEED. “So I brought together some brilliant musicians from the club world to rework the songs into a new album “Always With A Remix” that reflects some of the original ambitions of the project, albeit through other people’s ears. I’m very grateful to this amazing line up of artists for their superb remixes.”
The remix album reimagines several tracks from TEED’s latest critically acclaimed album, Always With Me (December 2025), highlighting DJs and producers such as Eagles & Butterflies, Dan Shake, PARAMIDA, and Alex Frankel. It also features today’s Durante release, alongside previously shared remixes by Dusky, William Kiss, Isaac Carter, and Jex Opolis. A luminous and emotional body of work, Always With Me earned praise from Billboard, NPR, The FADER, DJ Mag, SiriusXM, KCRW, BBC 6, RTÉ, and more.
Always With Me also marked a striking new chapter for TEED, defined by restraint, clarity, and the most open-hearted songwriting of his career. Largely written in Los Angeles on a single synth, the album embraces a breezy, understated aesthetic: gentle electronic pulses, hazy textures, and unguarded vocals that allow the emotional core of each song to surface. While rooted in the bittersweet nostalgia of childhood summers in France and the euphoria of his early days making music, the album is not about longing for the past. Instead, it explores how those formative echoes continue to shape adulthood. The result is TEED’s most personal and honest record to date—and the first to officially adopt the pared-back TEED alias, a subtle reset reflecting a more grounded artistic identity.
