RY X Makes A Connection With Mother Nature With ‘Holy Water’
GRAMMY-nominated musically poetic maesto RY X releases the video for “Holy Water” — his latest track and an ethereal, otherworldly rumination on mankind’s connection with mother nature. The video will last with you long after its final frame.
Directed by beloved artistic creators Mike Tyus and Angela Ricciardi (with the former also providing the haunting choreography), the video for “Holy Water” is a near-spiritual experience, unfolding like a beautiful performance art piece, like an artful short film.
The video brings to life the song’s exploration of the relationship we hold with nature within ourselves. In RY’s own words, it’s about “honoring the beauty of the water contained in the human body, and the story of where that water connects with the world outside.”
Written and produced solely by RY, “Holy Water” is the first taste of his lush, orchestral and enveloping new album, ‘DUSK’, set to drop early 2027, his first full-length album since 2022’s ‘Blood Moon’. Check out more music news here
