Rolling Loud California Day 3

Rolling Loud California Day 3

The world’s largest hip-hop festival, Rolling Loud, continued Saturday, bringing the best and brightest in today’s rap game & beyond to Southern California. Saturday’s edition of Rolling Loud California was a smashing success, offering stunning sets from current & soon-to-be hip-hop A-listers.

Post Malone returned to headline the third night of the festival, marking his first appearance at RL since 2021 and one of his first performances of 2024. The genre-blending musician showed off the breadth of his skills playing his biggest hits–including “Better Now,” “Sunflower,” and many more– in classic Posty style, with help from special guest Quavo, who joined the Dallas-born star in an epic performance of “Congratulations.” Post ended the set with a rendition of “White Iverson,” leading the crowd in a sing-along before delivering the final lines a capella.

The rest of the day brought even more stars from every region and genre to Hollywood Park. Summer Walker smoldered on the GoPuff Stage, bringing a sultry R&B element to the festival. Atlanta divas Flo Milli and Kaliii brought no-b.s. bad b*tch energy to pump up the crowd. Detroit was in the house thanks to sets from legends like Big Sean and risers like Veeze and BabyTron. New Orleans natives $uicideboy$ and Rob49 also repped their southern city, while L.A. fan favorites like OhGeesy and BlueBucksClan showed out for their hometown crowd. Larry June represented for The City, bringing Bay Area vibes to SoCal and welcoming guests The Alchemist and R&B singer Jordan Ward, who also killed it during his own set.

Rolling Loud California brings much more than just dozens of sets from hip-hop’s hottest acts–the festival is a veritable theme park for hip-hop, with all elements of the culture on display. Rolling Loud is home to a skate park, hosted by L.A.-based skate brand DGK, who hosed a “mini-table skating contest,” with notable competitors including Antuwan Dixon, Kyle Walker, Boo Johnson, and more. Nearby, L.A. art studio Secret Walls hosted one of their signature “graffiti battles,” in which local artists have 90 minutes to complete a mural for fans to vote on. Graffiti battles happen each festival day at 5pm and feature L.A. artists like Upendo, Dreyfus, Mr. B Baby, and more. Fans at the festival can enjoy these activations and many more, including a carnival sponsored by streetwear brand That’s A Awful Lot Of Cough Syrup, hip-hop karaoke, and curated food court presented in junction with Family Style, the beloved L.A. food festival, and much more.
