Quarters of Change Announce Fall Tour Dates

Indie rock band Quarters of Change announced new fall tour dates this morning with support from alternative artist, aldn. The band, proudly from New York City, wrapped up a spring tour in support of their sophomore album “Portraits” earlier this year, but are getting ready to be on the road again for “PORTRAITS TOUR II” come September.

The newly-announced North American headline tour will bring Quarters of Change coast-to-coast, with the tour kicking off in Richmond, Va. on Sept. 23 and including stops in Dallas, Seattle and more. This run of shows will leave off in Hamden, Conn. on Oct. 27 before officially ending with the band’s second annual homecoming at Brooklyn Steel in New York City on Dec. 13. International dates are coming later this summer, the band included in their announcement.

Fans can access pre-sale for the tour on Wednesday July 10 through Spotify Fans First using the password FATLIP.

The general sale will begin the following day on July 11 at 10 a.m. local time. Tickets and tour dates can be found here.

In the meantime, fans can catch Quarters of Change in Chicago on Aug. 2 for a late-night Lollapalooza aftershow with Ava Maybee ahead of their official debut for the 33rd annual Lollapalooza Music Festival on Aug. 3. Tickets can be purchased here.

Quarters of Change will also be opening for Two Door Cinema Club during their fall tour for their shows in Indianapolis on Oct. 2 and Nashville, Tenn. on Oct. 3.

The band recently performed for their hometown at New York City’s Governors Ball last month where they surprised the crowd with special guest Blue Öyster Cult drummer Albert Bouchard for a cover of “(Don’t Fear) The Reaper.”

Given the tour’s title, fans can expect the band to perform a set filled with songs from Portraits along with a few fan favorites from their debut album, “Into the Rift“.
